  • Shipping Policy

    All orders placed are shipped from the UK; we ship worldwide.

    Shipping is sent via Royal Mail Second Class nationally and International Standard for global orders. Tracking is not typically available.

    • For national orders, you should expect to receive your order within 2- 5 working days after dispatch.
    • For international orders, you should expect to receive your order within 7 - 10 working days after dispatch for Europe.  For the rest of the world, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months (we are sorry, in advance, for the latter. We, unfortunately, have no control over this).

    Please be aware that, in the UK, Royal Mail is occasionally on strike. This can affect the estimated shipping times above. You can, at any time, check the Royal Mail Updates page to see if this might be impacting your order.

    For international orders, please note that Wither and Bloom have no control on any taxes and customs fees that apply to your country. We do not take responsibility for these charges.

    Shipping costs at checkout will automatically update once your address has been inputted.

    Some products are dispatched by a third party, produce on demand service. While we do not anticipate issues, if you do have any problems with your order, please send us an email at info@witherandbloom.co.uk

  • Returns & Refunds

    Refunds are only available on lost or damaged items. Please send an email inquiry with product images (if applicable) regarding your order to: info@witherandbloom.co.uk

    At Wither and Bloom, we endeavor to provide excellent care and service to each and every one of our customers. All enquiries and complaints will be handled individually. Please allow six weeks time before contacting Wither and Bloom regarding a lost order for UK and EU customers, and 10 weeks for the rest of the world. 

    Please note: Enamel pins are crafted of metal.  There will be light scratches on all of them which is beyond our control.  We have done our very best to separate the Grade 2 pins so you're getting the best quality possible!

    Refunds for very lightly damaged/scratched pins will not be issued -- however if a product is truly defective, such as missing enamel or chips in the metal, we would be happy to work with you.
