What is Wither & Bloom?

Wither and Bloom is a merchandise and print brand inspired by natural themes and the beloved TTRPG game, Dungeons and Dragons. We will elaborate, with a W&B twist, on class roles, spells, actions, items/merchandise, and even offer one shot campaigns available for purchase to assist Game Masters.

We aim to bring fresh ideas to players regularly, and will offer the majority of our products for a limited time to make room for new ideas, new themes, and new products.

I haven't received my order?

Some items are shipped via Printful. These products will be individually marked and shipped from the rest of the order. Customers will receive a shipping notification when an item has been shipped either from Wither & Bloom directly, or from Printful. If you have a shipping notification and have not received your product in 30 days, please reach out to us at info@witherandbloom.co.uk

How long do limited availability items last?

Limited availability items last until the stock runs out. We keep a close eye on stock counts; if we are running low on a specific product, you will see a “Low stock” banner on the item listing. Get it while you can! We do not plan to regularly restock any specific items on the store so we can continuously make room for fresh ideas and designs.

What are Restock Campaigns?

Restock Campaigns are initiated if/when our customers express extreme interest in an item returning to the store. These will, of course, still be limited in availability. We aim to keep restock campaigns open for 30 days to gauge interest. If the campaign is successful, customers who expressed interest and paid will receive a notification that we are ordering the product and will be provided an estimate on when items are expected to be shipped. If a campaign fails, the customer will not be charged (or will be refunded).

How long do pre-orders last?

Pre-orders will last no more than 2 weeks. It is our mission to ensure customers are not waiting an egregiously long time for products and designs they are excited about. Please ensure you are subscribed to our Newsletter, or are following one of our three social media accounts to receive the most up to date news on pre-orders, shipping, and product launches.

How long will it take for a pre-order to ship?

Following a successful pre-order or restock campaign, we will order the quantity of products needed to fulfill the orders submitted. We will alert our customers as soon as we have received the order and customers will receive a shipping notice via email once their item has shipped. We endeavor to have a less than 2-week turnaround from receiving the order to getting all products shipped out to our customers.
